Our Max & Molly H-Harnesses are the perfect daily companion for you and your four-legged friend. With our creative designs you turn every sidewalk into a runway and you are sure to be your hoods' eye catcher.

Max & Molly harnesses are not only stylish but also safe and practical. The two super strong click fasteners hold 5 times the dog's weight, the controller makes the harness infinitely adjustable and can therefore be adapted to almost any dog. There are two D-rings on the back for even better control or simply to hang accessories if needed.

The H-Harnesses consist of a robust polyester side printed with unique designs and the soft, quick-drying, supple neoprene on the back. Due to the choice of materials, the H-Harnesses are ultra-light and particularly comfortable for your dog to wear. Your furry friend won't even notice that he's wearing a harness.

With this harness you can start your next adventure completely carefree.

1. How do I find out what's the right size for my pup?

Measure the lower neck and chest and check out our size chart to find the perfect size. 

2. Why are there 2 d-rings on the back? 

If you use the second D-ring near the neck, you have better control of your dog if needed. Or you can simlply use it to hang accessories like the GOTCHA! ID tag or a poo bag.

3. How do I wash the harness best?

Machine wash, 30° C, no tumble drying

4. Which size should I get the leash in? 

Same size you chose the harness in. All carabiners and rings are perfectly aligned with each other in order to ensure highest possible safety for your pup. 

National Delivery Germany

• Delivery in Germany is FREE for purchases over Euro 29.90. For other orders, Euro 4.90 shipping cost will apply.
• While we dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to availability), the average shipping time is 1-3 working days.
• We use DHL and you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your parcel has been dispatched.

International Delivery

• Standard delivery inside the EU is FREE for purchases over Euro 50.00. For other orders, Euro 9.90 shipping cost will apply.
• Standard delivery for the rest of the world is Euro 20.00. Please notice that a minimum order value of Euro 50.00 is required.
• International Delivery Charges differ for Retail shop owners. Please contact us for delivery charges.
• We use DHL for standard deliveries internationally.
• While we dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to availability), the average shipping time is 10 - 14 days depending on the country you live in.
• In your e-mail confirmation you will find the tracking number of your parcel so you can track and trace it anytime.

Customs and Import Charges

• Depending on the country you live in, custom or import duties may arise. These charges have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Please contact your local customs for these charges, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Delivery address

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. So if it is more convenient to deliver to your work address or neighbor, not a problem. But we can not deliver to PO boxes for security reasons.

Order status

You will receive an e-mail to let you know that we received your order and you will receive another confirmation, once the order is dispatched. This will also provide you the information to track the parcel.

Return

If you want to return one or more items, please follow these three steps:

1. Please place the item(s) you wish to return along with the delivers note in a box. 
2. Ensure the package is properly stamped and send it with a shipping company of your choice to the following address:

Exchange

If you need a different size or design, please return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order.

Incorrect or faulty item in the parcel

Customer satisfaction is our highest goal. If we happen to make a mistake, please contact our customer service straight away to resolve any issue.

Please have the following information ready so we can look into it:

• Order number
• The item you meant to receive
• The item you received incorrectly or the item that is faulty
• A description of the fault

We will advise you how to proceed with the return.

Refund

You will receive the refund through the same payment method the purchase was made with.
