SoundshieldTM is the ideal alternative solution for fighting against ticks and fleas without using harmful chemicals. It will help to minimize the numbers of ticks and fleas by ultrasonic waves that pets and humans can’t hear, but irritate the nervous system of ticks and fleas. The effectiveness has been researched and proven by one of the oldest universities in the world for veterinary medicine, the University of Camerino in Italy.
This repeller uses the latest advanced technology that emits intense ultrasonic waves within
a 1.5m radius at high-level frequencies to constantly deter ticks and fleas. Soundshield™ is 100% safe and inaudible to both humans
and pets. Tested and proven effective for up to eight months of continuous coverage. 

1. How does it work?
Soundshield™ is 100% Chemical-free! This repeller uses the latest advanced technology that emits intense ultrasonic waves within
a 1.5m radius at high-level frequencies to constantly deter ticks and fleas. Soundshield™ is 100% safe and inaudible to both humans
and pets. Tested and proven effective for up to eight months of continuous coverage. 

2. How do I turn it on/off?

There is a little button on the front. It says “Press” right underneath. It is really hard to press, so it won´t be accidentally turned on or off by your dog. 

3. How do I know if it is turned on or off?

If it is turned on there is a green light blinking every now and then. When it is turned off or the batteries have run out it is not blinking.

4. Who is it suited for?

Because it is 100% free of chemicals Soundshield™ can be used for dogs of ALL ages, even puppies, older and sick dogs or
pregnant dogs. Please note Soundshield™ is intended for use as a pest preventative and will not eliminate pests on an infested pet.
Soundshield™ is designed for pets living in homes with their humans. It is not suitable for dogs that are either already heavily
infested with parasites or live in an environment where they are confronted with a high population of ticks & fleas constantly.

5. Who proved effectiveness? 
Effectiveness is proven by University of Camerino (Laboratory of Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases School of Biosciences and Veterinary Medicine).
 

6. My dog likes the water is it suitable for it?
Yes Soundshield is suitable for your dog it proved to be WATERPROOF for up to 30minutes.

Soundshield has an effective radius of 1.5 meter

• Delivery in Germany is FREE for purchases over Euro 29.90. For other orders, Euro 4.90 shipping cost will apply.
• While we dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to availability), the average shipping time is 1-3 working days.
• We use DHL and you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your parcel has been dispatched.

International Delivery

• Standard delivery inside the EU is FREE for purchases over Euro 50.00. For other orders, Euro 9.90 shipping cost will apply.
• Standard delivery for the rest of the world is Euro 20.00. Please notice that a minimum order value of Euro 50.00 is required.
• International Delivery Charges differ for Retail shop owners. Please contact us for delivery charges.
• We use DHL for standard deliveries internationally.
• While we dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to availability), the average shipping time is 10 - 14 days depending on the country you live in.
• In your e-mail confirmation you will find the tracking number of your parcel so you can track and trace it anytime.

Customs and Import Charges

• Depending on the country you live in, custom or import duties may arise. These charges have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Please contact your local customs for these charges, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Delivery address

Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. So if it is more convenient to deliver to your work address or neighbor, not a problem. But we can not deliver to PO boxes for security reasons.

Order status

You will receive an e-mail to let you know that we received your order and you will receive another confirmation, once the order is dispatched. This will also provide you the information to track the parcel.

Return

If you want to return one or more items, please follow these three steps:

1. Please place the item(s) you wish to return along with the delivers note in a box.

Exchange

If you need a different size or design, please return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order.

Incorrect or faulty item in the parcel

Customer satisfaction is our highest goal. If we happen to make a mistake, please contact our customer service straight away to resolve any issue.

• The item you meant to receive
• The item you received incorrectly or the item that is faulty
• A description of the fault

We will advise you how to proceed with the return.

Refund

You will receive the refund through the same payment method the purchase was made with.
